Event details
The digital transformation is becoming one of the greatest challenges of our time – also in the healthcare sector. How are the latest digital technologies changing our patient care and our hospitals? Can a computer detect a tumour faster than doctors? How can artificial intelligence be used successfully in medicine? What contribution do new high-throughput methods and “big data” in basic research make to understanding diseases and their development? What role do they play in the development of personalised therapies? What role can companies play in this “digital revolution”?
After a successful start last year, the two Munich Universities of Excellence have once again invited national and international experts to discuss the urgent questions and problems and exchange ideas.
